Corporate Challenge London, Tag Rugby Tournament

Try Tag Rugby welcomes organisations across a diverse range of industries, from blue chip multinationals to niche industry experts to participate in Corporate Challenge London.

Tag Rugby is a level playing field for all to participate and the Corporate Challenge is the perfect opportunity to get your workmates together for a unique team building and networking experience whilst enjoying the sport you love.

This event is a charity event. As with 2019, the tournament will result in their being winners of four divisions - as such, we have decided that the winners of each division will be able to nominate the charity of their company's choice and each will receive 25% of the overall donation to be donated directly by Try Tag Rugby. 2019 saw £4000 being donated to charity.

Ideally located with a five-minute walk from pitchside to both the Underground (District Line) and the Overground (South West & North London Lines) we look forward to hosting companies from across London and beyond.

Corporate Challenge London is our only tournament specifically for work teams. The tournament is an opportunity for new and existing corporate teams alike to compete for Cup, Plate, Bowl and Shield titles, which allows your team to play at the correct level. Last year's tournament attracted companies including Team Sky, Capgemini, Sport England, Accenture, JLL, Shell, Chaucer Group, Clintons and many more.

TOURNAMENT FORMAT

Games will kick-off at 5pm and run until 8:45pm and be played in the mixed format.

Teams must field a team of seven players (minimum three female players on the pitch at all times) and a maximum squad size of 10.

FACILITIES

Full ladies and gents changing facilities are available on site for use before, during and after the tournament. Please note that dogs are not permitted onsite unless required for assistance purposes.

PRESENTATION & AFTER PARTY

On completion of the Finals, the presentation will take place in the main clubhouse where we have exclusively booked the main member's bar area for everyone to enjoy some drinks and socialise till late in the evening. Food will be available but please note this should be pre-ordered at the time of registration for your team - See 'Additional Items' at the bottom of the registration page before completing registration, cost for food for a squad of 10 players is £70.

YOUR COMPANY BRANDED FULL CUSTOM KIT - SHORTS & SHIRTS

Keep your marketing department at bay and represent your company from top to bottom in a fully customised and branded playing kit. Your shirts and shorts will be designed in line with your request; ensuring colours are pantone matched to your corporate branding and company brand guidelines. Cost for fully customised kit (Shirts and Shorts) for 10 players is £440 inc VAT. All Custom Kits must be ordered prior to Sunday 29th March.

KEEPING IT SIMPLE, YET SMART

We all like to look the part, look professional, be a team player etc. If full custom kit isn't an option, you can still look great with Standard TTR branded Tag Rugby Shorts. For 10 players at £120 inc VAT, you can run out on to the pitch representing your company in the way any marketing department would be proud. See additional items at the time of registration.

ON THE DAY

Teams will need to arrive for registration no later than 4:30pm with the first games starting at 5pm sharp.

ATTEND A PRE-CORPORATE CHALLENGE TASTER SESSION

In the lead up to Corporate Challenge London why not take your team along to a Free Taster Session to have some fun and learn the basic skills of the game. A large number of Free Taster Sessions will be held in early April all across London. The full schedule will be released by mid-February and when available can be seen here.

PLAYING KIT
